Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Divisional Home Services Manager to oversee and manage operations across multiple home service locations within a designated division. This role requires strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Divisional Manager will ensure efficient operations, drive revenue growth, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction across all locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of home service teams across multiple locations within the division.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team leads and team to ensure excellent service delivery and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction, team productivity, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality, operational efficiency, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that promote services and expand client base.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee budgets and financial performance for the division, identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in home services to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in home services, hospitality, or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding goals.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with scheduling, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in residential or commercial cleaning, home maintenance, or similar fields.
  • Certification in project or operations management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies for service-based businesses.
