In 2018, I was primarily focused on pet waste management services. That year I made $22,000 in business. The year was full of poop scoop, dog walking, pet sitting, house sitting and random jobs for my neighbors. My bicycle was my mode of transportation and our neighborhood was growing.

Yard Services

I invested the $22,000 back into my business to purchase lawn equipment and our first truck. By the end of year two, we had started to hire team members. My father quit his job and now working full time running the Yard Service Division.

Year three we were growing steady. Our customers began to share stressors with managing their own homes. It was clear that housekeeping was our next step. My mother quit her job and began managing the Home Service Division.

Marketing

We are mainly a zero based marketing company. This means that our business comes from referrals and networking. We wanted to grow with intention. Quality over quantity. Keeping cost low also has allowed us to provide our teams with regular raises, weekly pay, bonuses and teams keep 100% of their tips.

Luxury

Rockwall County is a fast growing community. We quickly realized that the luxury clientele in our area were not being catered too. Large estates needed more of a concierge approach. In 2024, we launched our luxury division to assist our community with their pet, home and yard needs. We cater to homes up to 15,000 square feet. Our teams are well adapt at handling homes that have specific needs and requirements with delicate decor or specific landscape requirements.

Home Sweet Home

With the influx of people moving in and out of our community, we wanted to make it easy. We market and partner with local Realtors to provided an easy step by step approach to getting a home ready to go on the market or help the new homeowner with task before move in.

Expansion

This year we are focused on our expansion program. We have a well established team, team leads and divisional managers. This has empowered us to start expanding outside of Rockwall County.

We will start with home and yard services first now expanded into Blackland, Heath, Caddo Mills, Royse City, Poetry, Rockwall, Fate, Josephine, Nevada, McLendon-Chisholm, Forney, Terrell, Wylie, Sachse, Rowlett, Garland, Sunnyvale, Kaufman, Greenville.

As we grow, we will add pet services to these areas. Right now we care for about 3000 animals in Rockwall County to include domestic, exotic and farm animals.
