Loveth ensures that our housekeeping team runs smoothly, overseeing duties, planning and directing team members, checking stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction. Her meticulous attention to detail and desire to provide our clients' homes with the utmost care shine through in every aspect of her work.  

Loveth takes immense pride in her cleaning and organizational skills, ensuring that every home she oversees is spotless and welcoming.

Loveth is a devoted mother of three and brings a background in healthcare to her role, emphasizing the importance of well-being in every home she touches. Her journey from caregiver to exceptional home services manager highlights her commitment to helping others.  

Originally from Nigeria, Loveth has been residing in America for over a decade and currently calls Royse City her home. Her diverse background and rich experiences contribute to her exceptional ability to connect with clients and exceed their expectations. 

 With a strong commitment to exceeding expectations and ensuring the well-being of families, Loveth's expertise and passion make her an invaluable member of our team. We are incredibly fortunate to have her leading our home services division.  

 Brooke Doss is the dedicated and dynamic team lead for the home service division. Hailing originally from Kaufman, Brooke has cultivated a strong educational foundation, completing her studies at Royse City High School and further honing her academic skills at Paris Junior College.

Brooke is an avid reader, often immersing herself in various literary genres that broaden her horizons and fuel her intellectual curiosity. She enjoys the mental challenge of solving puzzles, which complements her analytical and problem-solving skills. An enthusiast of culinary arts, Brooke continually hones her cooking abilities, delighting in creating delicious meals and experimenting with new recipes.

Swimming is another of Brooke's passions, providing her with both physical exercise and a sense of tranquility. She also has a keen interest in singing, often using it as a means of creative expression. Her love for interior design reflects her eye for aesthetics and her ability to transform spaces into functional and beautiful environments.

Her strong desire to serve others is evident in her empathetic interactions and her dedication to making a positive impact in both her personal and professional life.

Brooke's empathetic nature and genuine commitment to service make her a valuable asset in any professional setting. Her multifaceted interests and passions not only enhance her personal life but also contribute to her professional success, enabling her to bring a unique and well-rounded perspective to her role as team lead for the home service division.

Ashley Holland has proudly called Hunt County home her entire life. Married for 16 years to her wonderful husband, Brian, Ashley is a devoted wife and mother to two boys, Clinton and John-Paul. 

Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she enjoys spending her time gardening, sewing, reading, and cooking for her loved ones. Her deep connection to her community is further reflected in her unwavering dedication to her church, which she has attended since she was just 2 years old.

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Ashley has a genuine passion for helping others. Her compassion and commitment to providing quality care have made her a valuable member of the healthcare community. Whether she’s caring for her patients or volunteering, Ashley is always looking for ways to make a positive impact. Over the years, she has worked with various organizations to support individuals in need, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

Ashley’s leadership skills and ability to connect with people have made her an integral part of the Home Services team. She believes in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where team members can thrive and deliver their best work. Her approachable nature and problem-solving mindset help her navigate challenges with grace and efficiency.

In her downtime, Ashley loves the simple pleasures in life—her favorite colors are pink and purple, she enjoys indulging in Dr. Pepper, and she has a deep love for Italian food. She also has a knack for crafting thoughtful handmade gifts, which she shares with family and friends. With a heart for service and a love for her family, Ashley strives to make the world a better place, one small act of kindness at a time.

Pam Calvin grew up in Missouri but got to Texas as fast as she could—and she’s never looked back! A proud mom of two amazing humans, Pam doesn’t have grandkids yet, but happily borrows everyone else’s and lovingly answers to “Granny.”

She now calls Quinlan home, where she shares life with her four sweet pups: Ruby, Sasha, Misha, and Oakley. Pam is rooted in her love for God and family, and she finds joy in spreading kindness and making others laugh.

Though she swears she can’t even draw a stick figure, Pam enjoys all kinds of crafts and has a deep appreciation for the details. With a heart for order and a spirit that lifts those around her, Pam brings a touch of joy and precision to everything she does.

 A Minnesota native, Sadie Radermacher brings compassion, positivity, and a strong work ethic to everything she does. She has a genuine passion for helping others and finds fulfillment in creating clean, welcoming spaces through home cleaning. Sadie treats each home with care and attention to detail, always striving to make her clients feel comfortable and cared for. Her warm, kind nature and dedication to service make her a trusted and uplifting presence on the team.

Outside of work, Sadie loves to travel and embraces every opportunity to explore new places and cultures. These experiences inspire her open-minded, empathetic approach to life. When she's not on the go, she enjoys spending quality time with her loyal dog, Oakley. Whether at home or abroad, Sadie is committed to spreading kindness and creating meaningful connections wherever she goes.

Elicya Wilson brings dedication, positivity, and a heart for service to her role as a housekeeper. With an associate’s degree in Public Health, she has a strong foundation in caring for others and is currently pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse. Her attention to detail and commitment to creating clean, comfortable spaces reflect her passion for helping people feel safe, healthy, and at ease in their environments.

Outside of work, Elicya is adventurous and full of life. She is deeply involved in her church community and finds joy in singing worship, which she considers a source of strength and inspiration. 

Whether she’s working with clients or volunteering her time, Elicya leads with compassion and a desire to uplift those around her. Her strong work ethic and warm spirit make her a valued member of the team and a blessing to everyone she serves.

Ashley Cull is a proud single mother to a beautiful daughter who brings light and joy to her life each day. Rooted in faith, Ashley is passionate about serving others and living out the love of Jesus through kindness, compassion, and purpose-driven action.

She calls Caddo Mills, Texas home—a peaceful place where she and her daughter embrace a life filled with gratitude, family, and faith. With a deep love for animals and a heart for people, Ashley is known for her gentle spirit and unwavering dedication to uplifting those around her.

Candace McCloure has proudly called Rockwall home since 1990. Married for 27 years, she and her husband have raised three wonderful sons who are now grown and thriving.

Candace has a deep love for Jesus, and her faith is the foundation of her life. She enjoys spending time outdoors, reading a good book, and staying active through regular workouts. A creative at heart, she also finds joy in refinishing furniture and giving old pieces new life.

Whether she’s serving her family, community, or clients, Candace brings warmth, dedication, and a passion for making things better—inside and out.
