Breanna Castaneda is a compassionate and highly skilled animal care professional who proudly serves as the Pet Sitter Team Lead. With a deep-rooted passion for animals and a natural talent for leadership, Breanna plays a key role in ensuring that every pet in the company’s care receives exceptional, personalized attention. She oversees day-to-day pet sitting operations with dedication and precision—training team members, coordinating schedules, and providing direct care when needed. Known for her calm demeanor and genuine connection with animals, Breanna brings a sense of trust, structure, and compassion that benefits both pets and their families.

Breanna’s foundation in animal care began early. A graduate of Terrell High School, she holds both a Feed Lot Technician Certification in cattle care and a Veterinary Technician Assistant Certification. Throughout high school, she was a proud and active member of the Terrell FFA, where she developed hands-on experience managing the health, behavior, and daily needs of various animals. During her time in FFA, Breanna distinguished herself by showing a Zebu heifer, a Nigerian dwarf doe, and a Silver Laced Wyandotte rooster. Her outstanding care and showmanship earned her grand champion titles with both her Zebu heifer and Nigerian dwarf goat—accomplishments that reflect her work ethic, patience, and deep understanding of animal behavior.

Breanna’s experience with a wide range of species—including livestock, poultry, and companion animals—gives her a well-rounded perspective on animal care. In her current role, she uses this expertise to train team members on best practices, safety protocols, and how to read subtle animal cues to ensure each pet’s comfort and well-being. Whether she’s caring for dogs, cats, or more exotic pets, Breanna approaches every animal with kindness, respect, and unwavering attention to detail.

Outside of work, Breanna continues to expand her knowledge of veterinary science and animal behavior, always looking for ways to grow and better serve her team and the animals in their care. Her leadership, combined with her genuine love for animals, makes her an invaluable part of the organization—and a trusted partner for every pet parent she serves.

 Addison Toy is a devoted animal lover and aspiring veterinarian who brings energy, enthusiasm, and care to her role as a pet sitter. At just 19 years old, Addison is currently a sophomore at Abilene Christian University, where she’s studying pre-veterinary medicine. Her deep commitment to animal care is evident both in and out of the classroom—she’s an active member of the Pre-Vet Club, Block and Bridle Club, and the Wildlife Society, continuously expanding her knowledge and experience in the field.

A graduate of Terrell High School, Addison was involved in FFA and proudly showed a market steer named Shaggy and a Nigerian dwarf doe named Millie. Her hands-on experience with livestock and companion animals has helped shape her confident, compassionate approach to animal care. She also volunteers her time at the SPCA of Dallas, where she supports shelter pets in need. Addison’s mix of experience, education, and genuine love for animals makes her a reliable and caring presence for every pet she looks after.

Alejandra Espinoza is a dedicated pet sitter with Noble Barnes who brings both passion and purpose to her role. At 20 years old, she is currently in college studying to become a veterinary technician — a path that reflects her deep love for animals and her commitment to their health and well-being.

Alejandra has a natural connection with pets and takes pride in providing attentive, compassionate care to every animal she meets. Whether it’s playtime, feedings, walks, or simply offering comfort and companionship, she understands that pets are family.

When she’s not studying or caring for animals, Alejandra loves to travel and explore new places. At home, she adores her own cat, Miko, who holds a special place in her heart and continues to inspire her dream of working in the veterinary field.

Alejandra is honored to serve Noble Barnes families and looks forward to caring for your pets with the same love and dedication she gives her own.

Addison Warren is a pet sitter with Noble Barnes who brings a genuine love for animals and a caring spirit to every visit. She has always had a strong passion for animals and takes great pride in making sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away.

Addison enjoys spending time with pets of all kinds and understands how important it is for them to maintain their routines and feel secure in their own environment. Her calm and attentive nature helps pets feel at ease, and she strives to provide dependable, compassionate care for every animal she meets.

She is excited to be part of the Noble Barnes team and looks forward to supporting both pets and their families with the thoughtful care they deserve.

Lucas Barnes founded Noble Barnes in January 2018, inspired and encouraged by his parents, who challenged him to start his own business shortly after his 13th birthday. Raised with the values of dedication, hard work, and integrity, Lucas began brainstorming business ideas with his family in their living room. Their conversations centered around his passions—animals, community, and people—and from those early discussions, a dream began to take shape.

The name Noble Barnes was a thoughtful creation. Drawing from his family name, Barnes, and the meaning of his middle name, “Noble One,” Lucas crafted a brand that reflected both his heritage and the character he strives to embody.

Lucas’s foundation in service and leadership began even earlier. At just 9 years old, he joined the Young Marines and completed boot camp on his 10th birthday. His time in the organization opened doors to new career paths, community service opportunities, and valuable educational experiences. Through the Young Marines, Lucas developed unwavering discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills. He eventually retired as a Staff Sergeant, having earned a prestigious National Merit Award.

In his childhood, Lucas dreamed—like many young boys—of becoming a soldier. As he matured, his aspirations shifted toward aviation. His involvement with groups such as the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association), the Young Eagles program, and the Young Marines laid a solid foundation for this passion. As he entered his teenage years, Lucas experienced a powerful shift in perspective, recognizing the importance of focusing on his future goals in aviation.

Animals have always held a special place in Lucas’s heart. For the past seven years, he has volunteered at Rockwall Adoption, spending time walking, playing with, and promoting animals in need of homes. Leveraging the Noble Barnes business platform, Lucas and his team highlight adoptable animals on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, helping bring community awareness to pets looking for loving families.

What began as a modest idea in a living room has since grown into a thriving family-run enterprise. Over the years, Noble Barnes has employed more than 50 individuals, and both of Lucas’s parents now work full-time alongside him. The growth of the business and the support from the community have far exceeded anything Lucas imagined when he first began.

Balancing intensive pilot training with the demands of a rapidly expanding business has not been easy, yet Lucas’s perseverance continues to guide him forward. He challenged himself academically through advanced AP and STEM classes, firmly believing that education plays a defining role in shaping one’s future.

From early skill-building experiences to his current pursuits in aviation and entrepreneurship, Lucas has embraced the belief that hard work, dedication, and passion are essential ingredients for success. Looking ahead, he is committed to building upon everything he has learned—ready to grow, innovate, and seize new opportunities with enthusiasm.

Lucas is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Aviation Management at LeTourneau University.

Daniel's journey into the world of business began with his studies in business management at the University of Houston. Before joining Noble Barnes, he delved into the international trade of heavy machinery, gaining invaluable experience in import and export operations.

At Noble Barnes, Daniel spearheads the landscaping division, bringing to the table a unique blend of business acumen and expertise in machinery. His leadership has proven instrumental in driving the company's success, ensuring that every task is accomplished with precision and excellence.

Beyond the boardroom, Daniel finds joy in family adventures, particularly road trips with his loved ones. He cherishes moments of tranquility amidst nature, often retreating to the family land in East Texas for fishing and hunting excursions.

With a steadfast dedication to his role and a passion for family and outdoor pursuits, Daniel embodies the spirit of Noble Barnes both in and out of the workplace. 

Alex Barnes is a proud Rowlett native with a deep appreciation for the outdoors and a strong connection to the community he calls home. Growing up in Rowlett, Alex developed an early respect for hard work, hands-on projects, and the value of taking care of the spaces where people live and gather.

At Noble Barnes, Alex plays an important role in the Landscape Division, helping transform yards into clean, welcoming, and well-maintained outdoor spaces. From routine lawn care and seasonal cleanups to mulch installs, flowerbed refreshes, and landscape enhancements, Alex brings a steady work ethic and attention to detail to every job.

His familiarity with the area, the soil, and the changing Texas seasons allows him to understand what local properties need to stay healthy and look their best year-round. More than just maintaining landscapes, Alex takes pride in helping homeowners feel proud of their curb appeal and creating outdoor spaces families can enjoy.

Rooted in the Rowlett community and committed to serving the surrounding areas, Alex represents the dependable, hardworking spirit behind Noble Barnes’ landscaping team.

Garry Grasham is a dedicated member of the Noble Barnes Landscape Division, known for his strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right. With a dependable and hardworking approach, Garry takes pride in helping maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for Noble Barnes clients throughout the community.

Garry has been married for 29 years and is the proud father of two grown children — a son and a daughter. Family is an important part of his life, and he especially enjoys spending time with his four grandsons.

When he’s not working, Garry loves being outdoors and enjoys fishing with his son and grandsons whenever he gets the chance. His appreciation for nature and the outdoors carries over into his landscaping work, where he values creating clean, well-maintained yards that clients can truly enjoy.

Garry is proud to be part of the Noble Barnes team and looks forward to continuing to serve clients with reliability, care, and attention to detail.

Pam Calvin grew up in Missouri but got to Texas as fast as she could—and she’s never looked back! A proud mom of two amazing humans, Pam doesn’t have grandkids yet, but happily borrows everyone else’s and lovingly answers to “Granny.”

She now calls Quinlan home, where she shares life with her four sweet pups: Ruby, Sasha, Misha, and Oakley. Pam is rooted in her love for God and family, and she finds joy in spreading kindness and making others laugh.

Though she swears she can’t even draw a stick figure, Pam enjoys all kinds of crafts and has a deep appreciation for the details. With a heart for order and a spirit that lifts those around her, Pam brings a touch of joy and precision to everything she does.

Bev Watkins wears many hats with grace and compassion. As a widow, loving mother, and doting grandmother, she embodies the essence of family values and unconditional love.

Her nurturing spirit extends beyond her family, encompassing all creatures great and small, with a special fondness for her cherished feline companion, Quincy.

A true homemaker at heart, she finds joy in the art of decorating, organizing, and maintaining a clean and beautiful home, both indoors and out. 

Yet, amidst her domestic pursuits, she finds time to pursue her passion for genealogy. With an insatiable curiosity for unraveling the threads of history, she lends her expertise to others, guiding them on their own journeys of self-discovery through their family trees.
