FROM YOUR FRONT YARD TO YOUR BACKYARD...WE GOT YOU COVERED
We are a zero based marketing company. This pillar to our business has created a foundation in which we focus on cultivating the relationships in our community. We prioritize community, clients and our team.
My Mom, Candace Barnes, has 25 years experience in marketing and advertising. Her focus in real estate has assisted us in connecting hyper locally. We use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. She continues to create marketing materials, ads, vehicle wraps, uniforms and merchandise.
Now I know that this isn’t the case for everyone, to have a mom in this type of field, but there are a couple of things to consider. One, I have learned that you do not need to pay for marketing. And secondly, you must connect with your community.
Connecting with your community whether it be a local entrepreneurs, local businesses, etc. This will build firm relationships and credit amongst your community that you seek to do business with. We have partnered with several like minded businesses in the area. This support and comradery has helped us not only grow but created lifetime friendships.
Treat your clients like family and they will be your biggest cheerleaders and your greatest source of referrals. Noble Barnes is a family and community focused. Throughout the year, we have events focusing on local non-profits. Each event highlights the non-profit. Funds raised at the event are donated to the highlighted non-profit.
Noble Barnes is still growing, but I will never forget how this company started. I looked at my community and saw that the community needed a company they could rely on. A company where they can know that their house, their yard, and their pets will be safe and in good hands.
That is Noble Barnes. A family and community-centered company. If you want your company to have the same results and success, then don’t center yourself on money or pridefulness. Put the client first, care about your work, and seek the needs of your community.
