Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Divisional Yard Services Manager to oversee and manage operations across multiple locations within the division. This role combines strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and a passion for landscaping and yard care. The Divisional Manager will ensure quality service, drive revenue growth, and foster client satisfaction across all service locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of yard service teams across multiple locations within the division.
• Hire, train, and mentor location managers and field team to ensure high-quality service and professional growth.
• Develop and implement standardized policies, procedures, and best practices for consistent service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including productivity, client satisfaction, and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate service quality, team performance, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting services and acquiring new clients.
• Handle escalated customer concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices in landscaping and yard care to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in yard or landscaping services, operations management, or a similar field.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and best practices in landscaping and yard maintenance.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in scheduling and CRM software or other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies for service-based businesses.
