What happens if my pet becomes injured or ill?

We are dedicated to the excellent care of your pet. In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and take your pet your vet. If after hours, we will take your pet to the nearest animal hospital. We will stay with your pet and keep you updated on their status.. 

Will I always have the same pet sitter?

Our goal is for your pet to develop a relationship with the pet sitter. The only time you would have a different sitter is in the event your pet sitter is on vacation or illness. The backup sitter will be trained and aware of all your needs. 

How do you handle pet accidents and destruction of property?

Accidents happen. We will make every attempt to clean accidents with supplies that you have on hand for this purpose. We will make sure kennels are cleaned out and bedding washed. Please be aware that not all accidents can be completely erased, no matter what product is used. 

Can I have someone share pet sitting responsibilities?

In the interest of our safety and that of your pets we request that you contract solely with us. If you have other people that have access to your and they may be coming by, please let us know.

What supplies should I have?

You should have plenty of pet supplies on hand, including food, litter, pocket pet bedding, bird cage lining, and/or any items that your pet needs on a daily basis. If supplies run out, we will purchase additional supplies and bill you accordingly. 

Will my dog be walked during temperatures extremes?

If the heat index is above 100 degrees or if there are strong storms...your dog will not be walked. In either case, we will take your pet outside long enough for them to potty and we will spend the remainder of the visit indoors. 

What time will you visit my pets?

We want to maintain your pets routine. We like to keep within an hour on either side of your requested time. Two visits per day are scheduled in the morning and evening. 

How much notice of cancellation do you need?

We require a 24 hour cancellation. We do NOT charge a fee for canceling.  We understand life happens.

Do you have references?

Yes, we can provide you with a list upon request. 

How do I pay?

Check, Cash, Venmo, CashApp and Zelle accepted. Payment due upon job completion.

How are gratuities handled?

Gratuities are accepted and may be offered directly to your pet sitter. If you would like to include a gratuity with your payment for pet or yard services, you may and the full gratuity will be given to them. 

Can i make changes to my reservation?

Yes, you can either call or message us. We will make the adjustments in our system.
