WHAT TO EXPECT
Our pet sitting visits always daily photos, care and attention to each pet. Fresh food and water. Litter box scooping. Administering any necessary medications. Rotating lights on/off, plant watering, take in mail and packages, take out trash on trash day.
Meet And Greet
We are so excited to be caring for your fur babies! During our meet and greet we will go over all your pets needs and routine. This includes potty breaks, food, medicine, habits, etc. We will also go over needs for your home whether that is rotating lights, taking trash to curb, taking in mail and packages and/or watering plants. This meeting will take place the week you will be leaving. This allows the pet to get to know us.
Transparency is important to us. We always text you and let you know who is assigned to care for your pets. The crew accompanies us to the first appointment to go over your requirements and the pets needs. You will receive a photo and a letter of introduction.
Health And Safety
For the health and safety of our fur guests, animals staying with Noble Barnes Service must be current in the following vaccinations and screenings:
Some fees may apply for early or late pet sitting. Early or late pet sitting outside of standard hours:
Accidents happen and we know that. If a pet has an accident, we always document and send to the owner. A $15 clean up will be added. If the pet needs a bath to remove any waste it is $15-$25 depending on the size of the dog.
The more the merrier! If you are adding an additional fur baby to the existing reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. We will need to set up a meet and greet to meet any new additions prior to the reservation.
Pet Sitting services must be cancelled within a 24 hour notice, otherwise the client is responsible for full payment of those services.
What To Expect
All obstacles must be removed from the yard. This includes kid toys, dog toys, etc. If crew has to clean up the yard, crew will be asked to document and a $15 cleanup fee will be assessed.
Do You Bag The Clippings?
No. We do not bag the clippings. Bagging services may be requested at an additional cost. Bagging must be requested in advance as it takes up additional time and sets our schedule back significantly.
What Happens If It Rains On My Scheduled Date?
If it happens to rain on the day of your scheduled service you will be notified by text that your service has been postponed. We will let you know when you will be rescheduled.

What Is The Cost Of Cleaning Services?
Everyone lives differently in their homes. We set up a meet and greet and go over your needs. Price is based on frequency of need, square footage and condition.

Do You Supply The Cleaning Products And Equipment?
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment needed, if you prefer us to use your products, just notify us and leave it out on day of cleaning.
Do I Have To Be Home?
You are not required to be home. We know life is busy and we are here to help relieve some of that stress. You will always be notified of the date and time of our arrival.
How Do You Access My Home?
We are accustomed to many varieties of entering homes such as key, garage code, door code, etc. We protect your information.
If the client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key under a mat or any other unsecured place for the cleaners to gain entry into the home, we will not be held liable for any damages, or theft to the clients home.
How Do I Prepare For Cleaning Day?
We ask that clothing, toys, clutter and other items in the household are picked up. Put away any important documents/valuables. This will allow us to focus on cleaning the your home.
If there are areas we can not access we will make note and message the client. The crew will avoid those areas to avoid injury or damage to items.
What If I Have Pets?
We love all pets! Your pets needs are important to us. We will always confirm on where you want us to keep your pet while we are cleaning. We want to minimize their stress and keep them safe.
We do not clean litter boxes. If pet waste is found in the home, the crew will document and contact the homeowner immediately. Please let us know if you have a pet that is aggressive.
What Happens If My Utilities Are Off?
Electricity and water are a must! If your utilities are turned off, cleaning will need to be rescheduled when they are turn back on.

We are contract free business. Cancel anytime.
What If There Is Biohazard Present?
We clean homes for all different reasons and needs. We ask for you to inform us if there are any potential biohazard substances. We do not clean mold, rodent, bug infestations of any kind or human or pet waste. We do not lift heavy furniture or perform any other task that may injure our crew members. If a biohazard is evident, our crews will not be able to service your home.
What If Something Breaks?
If in the event that object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. Our crews are skilled at handling fragile items and always careful with your belongings. We are insured to ensure your property will be protected. However, on rare occasions, its possible an item may get broken.
Noble Barnes LLC can assume no liability for damage due to pictures not hung securely, items with unstable bases, floating shelves, items not secured properly, etc. Curio cabinets, figurines, glass wear, collectibles, and items of extreme sentimental value should be cleaned by the client. The client needs to save broken items for Noble Barnes LLC to inspect.
Note: client should point out any damage to surfaces during walkthrough and before service begins. If any damage is already there or that another company is responsible for, in this case we may require that the client sign off on a pre-existing surface damage waiver.
What If I Need To Reschedule Or Cancel An Appointment?
Please note that if service is cancelled a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed. Our crews are contract and only get paid if they are working. This compensation is a small token to offset their loss for that day.
Check, Cash, Venmo, CashApp and Zelle accepted. Payment due upon job completion.

Noble Barnes LLC will use any and all photos and videos the team takes to use on in any and all of its marketing materials, website and social media. The client understands and agree that these materials will become property of Noble Barnes LLC. Client authorizes to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing.
In addition, client waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. Client hereby releases rights to all claims, demands, and causes to action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
