Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Divisional Pet Services Manager to oversee the operations, staff, and performance of multiple pet care facilities within a designated division. This role requires a combination of leadership, operational expertise, and a deep passion for animal welfare. The Divisional Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive experience for pets, clients, and team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of pet services facilities across the division, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team to meet performance goals and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators, including revenue, customer retention, and operational costs.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote services, increase client engagement, and drive growth.
• Handle escalated client concerns or issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging pet care innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pet care services management, multi-unit operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of pet care practices and animal behavior.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Passion for animal welfare and commitment to delivering outstanding care.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in animal care, behavior, or grooming is a plus.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies within the pet care industry.
