Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and creative Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working outdoors, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform spaces into stunning landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and mulching.
• Design and install plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees according to project plans.
• Maintain lawns and gardens, ensuring they are healthy and aesthetically pleasing.
• Install and maintain hardscapes such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
• Remove weeds, dead plants, and debris from landscaped areas.
• Assess outdoor areas for potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper techniques while handling equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and to client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and machinery.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in landscape design.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscape design principles.
• Experience with irrigation systems and their maintenance.
• Basic understanding of soil types and their impact on plants.
