Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for cleanliness, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of maintaining a neat and organized home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs.
• Wash, fold, and organize laundry as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, including cleaning countertops, appliances, and washing dishes.
• Change linens, make beds, and organize bedrooms.
• Handle deep cleaning projects as assigned, such as window washing, carpet cleaning, or organizing closets.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the homeowner or supervisor.
• Respect clients' privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and respectful of clients’ homes.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices.
• Experience with deep cleaning or organizing is a plus.
