Job Description:

The Home Services Team Lead will oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. As a hands-on leader, you’ll work alongside the team to complete tasks while maintaining schedules, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of home service professionals to deliver top-quality service.
• Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Perform quality checks to ensure that services meet company standards and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions or concerns professionally.
• Assist in performing home service tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and other duties as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure proper maintenance.
• Report on team performance, job completion, and any client feedback to management.
• Uphold safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and secure working environment.
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture, promoting accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home services, housekeeping, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using scheduling or task management software.
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, tools, and supplies.
• Customer service experience.
